Avani Venkateswaran

Avani Venkateswaran is currently serving in a Value Creation role at Hg since October 2023. Prior to this, Avani held multiple positions at McKinsey & Company from September 2019 to August 2023, progressing from Associate to Engagement Manager. Avani's McKinsey experience also includes a role as Summer Associate in 2018, alongside earlier internships at Langham Capital and Juggernaut Books in 2017 and 2016, respectively. Avani's career began at Deloitte, where services were rendered as Consultant and Analyst in Strategy and Operations from March 2014 to May 2016, following an initial position as Junior Research Analyst at CRISIL Limited from September 2012 to March 2014. Avani earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2017-2019) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Vassar College (2008-2012).
