Samantha McGonigle

Samantha McGonigle is a seasoned attorney and investor with extensive experience in private equity and M&A law. Currently serving as Partner and General Counsel at Hg since April 2024, and as an Investor and Non-Executive Director at Autometry, Samantha has held various prominent roles and investments in multiple organizations, including Exclaimer, Unily, and Amplience. Previously, Samantha spent 18 years at Weil Gotshal & Manges, culminating in a partnership role after starting as an Associate. Samantha co-founded Farview Equity Partners in February 2019 and was a Partner at PAUL HASTINGS (EUROPE) LLP for nearly a year. Samantha holds a Jurisprudence degree from the University of Oxford and an LPC from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice.
