Jessica Carlson

Jessica Carlson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative and office services management. Currently serving as a Senior Administrative Services Manager at HGA since July 2023, Jessica oversees a team of Administrative and Office Services Managers and Coordinators. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at EDF Renewables North America as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Senior Vice President of Development and the Minneapolis office. With over 18 years of experience, Jessica has held various positions, including Administrative Assistant roles at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute and Allina Health, demonstrating expertise in calendar management, productivity processes, and high-level executive support. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Minnesota and an Associate of Arts in Communication from Normandale Community College.
