Jim Polhamus

As a Principal in the Public/Corporate sector, Jim has over 30 years’ experience in planning, design, and project management for many public and private sector clients. His experience includes renovations of historic structures and educational facilities, as well as new construction for office buildings, community centers, and parking structures. Additionally, Jim has extensive experience with task order projects through his management of multiple indefinite delivery contracts.
