As a Planning Principal, Nancy is dedicated to the development of solutions that enhance the delivery of healthcare. She adds value to the collaborative design process, meeting with clients to define strategies and operations, academic and research groups to test processes and caregivers to improve the patient experience. Nancy brings experience in working with leading healthcare systems across the United States and abroad to develop outpatient programs and planning concepts which ultimately reduce operating costs, optimize productivity and enhance outcomes. As a Senior Medical Planner, Nancy is a proven expert in utilizing Lean process improvements into the physical planning effort to support flexible future state operations and targeted outcomes.
