Nicole Clarke

As Senior Human Resources Manager, Nicole works with all levels of employees to align the right people with the right roles, uphold the firm’s culture, and collaborate to improve processes while providing strategic HR support for our Minneapolis and Rochester offices, as well as our Central Business Services and Central Design Services. Nicole graduated from St. Olaf College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and she is also SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified.
