Reuben J. Hameed

Senior Project Architect at HGA

Reuben has 20 years of experience as a project architect on projects for the design and renovation of educational, commercial, and governmental facilities. His responsibilities include multi-discipline coordination of architectural, civil, mechanical and electrical drawings, AV/IT, and LEED project administration.

Reuben is active in several professional and community organizations. He chaired the Committee on the Environment of the Washington, DC Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA/COTE) and was vice president of the Washington DC Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects (DC/NOMA). Additionally, he is a former member of The DC Public School Modernization Committee and a former member the Board of Directors of the Rhode Island Avenue Main Street in Washington DC.
