Sarah Jorcak guides the National Structural Engineering Practice from our Minneapolis Office. She fosters a consistent culture across the country, positioning the team for growth that aligns with their passions, and reinforcing the value of design thinking. During her 20 years of practice, Sarah has been recognized by her peers for experience spanning multiple construction types- including museums, libraries, zoos, community centers, and churches.

Sarah’s skills are well-suited for developing solutions that integrate the structural and architectural designs. In addition to consistently engineering safe, practical and economical structures, Sarah is an expert at facilitating open coordination and cross-discipline collaboration.
