John Neyer

John Neyer is an experienced construction professional with a comprehensive background spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at HGC Construction since April 2012, John oversees project management, client relations, and estimating to ensure the highest quality completion of projects on time and within budget. As the owner of Neyer Advisors LLC since July 2009, John advocates for clients in building and facility projects, providing consultation and project management services. Previous roles include leadership positions at SCS Construction Services, Neyer Construction, Inc., and Al. Neyer, Inc., where John managed diverse construction operations, focused on quality assurance, and oversaw project development from inception to completion. John holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
