Steve Shipp

Steve Shipp has over 40 years of experience in the accounting and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at HGC Construction Co. since August 1988, Steve has established a strong leadership presence in the company. Prior to this role, Steve worked as a Senior Accountant at Robert Uhrig & Co. from January 1986 to July 1988, and at Joseph Smith, CPA from November 1984 to January 1986. Steve began the accounting career at Reed & Co. in Mayfield, Kentucky, where the role of Accountant was held from January 1980 to November 1984. Steve Shipp holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Kentucky University, earned between 1975 and 1979.
