Steven Leistner

Steven is a Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer of HGGC. Steven is a member of HGGC’s Management Committee and Investment Committee. He is involved in all aspects of investment sourcing, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management and realization. His current and former board roles include Grand Fitness Partners, Buildertrend, Fullscript, Denodo, Beauty Industry Group, Better Being (fka Nutraceutical), RPX, Dynata (formerly SSI), 4over, and MaMa Rosa’s. He is active in the investment in Entrata and previously was involved with the firm's exited investments in Selligent, Serena Software, Power Holdings, Sunquest, and iQor.

Prior to joining HGGC, Steven worked at McKinsey & Company in their Corporate Finance practice. Together with his wife Saba, Steven co-founded The Mountain Spring Foundation, a private foundation focused on mental health and other charitable causes.
