Laura Allen

Laura Allen is an experienced professional in operations and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Operations at HGI Team since January 2022. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions at MedSource from April 2014 to August 2021, including Lead Recruiter, Associate Recruiter, and Operations Assistant. Laura's career also includes experience as an Account Manager at Colt International LLC. from April 2013 to April 2014 and as a Development Coordinator at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center from January 2011 to October 2012. Laura earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University between 2007 and 2010.
