Michele Rambo has a strong background in finance and accounting with extensive experience in executive leadership roles. Michele is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at HydroGeoLogic, Inc. where they have broad responsibilities across various corporate and operational functions. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Client Services/CFO at NeoSystems, LLC., where they supported a portfolio of clients and oversaw an accounting team providing Managed Accounting Services. Before that, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Technica LLC., where they were responsible for overseeing operational finance, accounting, pricing, and project finance. Michele has also held leadership positions at UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies, Whitney Bradley & Brown, Inc., DAI, KeyPoint Government Solutions, ENSCO, Inc., and Deltek Systems. Their expertise includes treasury, tax, accounting, finance, legal, and human resources, as well as mergers and acquisitions and employee-owned corporate stock plans.
Michele Rambo completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from The Catholic University of America from 1985 to 1989. Michele then pursued Masters level coursework in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at George Mason University from 1993 to 1996. Additionally, Michele obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in May 1990.
