Laury de Avila

Laury De Avila is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Americas at HH Global since January 2019. With a focus on strategic HR partnership, Laury collaborates with senior leadership in North America and Latin America to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Previously, Laury held the role of Human Resources Director for LATAM, overseeing HR operations across 17 countries, and has also contributed as a Human Resources Business Partner for various organizations, including Rockwell Automation and SGF Global. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources & Talent Management from EAE Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad El Bosque.
