Erin Flynn has a diverse work experience in marketing and proposal coordination. Erin started their career at Gannett Fleming as a Marketing Assistant, where they provided administrative support and assisted in the preparation of proposals and qualifications. Erin then joined Hazen and Sawyer as a Marketing Administrator, where they played a crucial role in the production of multi-million dollar proposals and worked on federal forms. Erin's next role at Hazen and Sawyer was as a Proposal Coordinator, where they led and coordinated with various teams on proposal efforts and prepared specific forms for public agencies. Most recently, Erin worked at Hardesty & Hanover, LLC as a Marketing Coordinator, responsible for proposal production and coordination, managing schedules and checklists. Erin then progressed to the role of Marketing Manager - Bridge Inspection, overseeing all marketing efforts and developing strategic plans.
