Kevin Meehan

Kevin Meehan is a seasoned professional in construction estimating and preconstruction management with extensive experience since 2000. Currently serving as Principal Estimator at Hardesty & Hanover, LLC since October 2020, Kevin has previously held the position of Lead Estimator at JCMS Inc from October 2011 to September 2020, managing various public infrastructure and commercial projects. Kevin's comprehensive expertise includes fee proposals, estimating, best value analysis, and capital cost controls, having worked on notable projects such as NJTransit Super Storm Sandy Recovery, the National September 11th Memorial & Museum, and the PANYNJ PATH Replacement. Kevin's earlier roles as Senior Estimator at URS Corporation and Gilbane Building Company further cemented a strong foundation in civil, structural, and architectural estimating. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University, completed in 2000.
