Pamela Nugent

Pamela Nugent is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and operations, particularly in emerging markets. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and Development & Operations Manager at H&H since July 2019, Pamela leads business initiatives and championing client relationships while driving successful project delivery. Prior experience includes positions as Associate and Marketing Lead at H&H, as well as Graduate Transition Manager within the MTA Small Business Development Program, where Pamela managed contractor transitions for larger projects. Additionally, Pamela held the role of Small Business Mentorship Program Manager at Bradford Construction Corp., supporting various small business mentorship programs. Pamela holds both a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from Western Governors University.
