William Mulligan

William Mulligan is a highly experienced Certified Arborist and Landscape Architect with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, William serves as a Certified Arborist at multiple firms including Nancy Owens Studio LLC, Abel Bainnson Butz, LLP, Hardesty & Hanover, LLP, and EKLA Landscape Architects, all from 2005 onward. In addition to these roles, William operates a private practice, William Mulligan RLA, CA, and has held positions at E.F. Bibla Landscape Architects and Land Design Associates, contributing significantly to landscape architecture and arboriculture. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, as well as studies at University College Dublin and the University of Vermont.
