CarPal was one of the pioneering on-demand logistics service based on the sharing economy in Singapore. The company was acquired by HH VC Investments in 2021. CarPal provided a cloud-based enterprise technology that allowed businesses to have a transparent overview of last-mile delivery while managing an adaptive hybrid fleet.

Joanne Huang has a MBA from INSEAD in the field of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship. Joanne also has a Bachelor's degree in International Business & Economics from Sophia University.
