Tobias Mathur

Tobias Mathur is an experienced energy professional with a focus on innovative solutions in green electricity and hydrogen production. Currently serving as Lead Electricity at HH2E, Tobias is responsible for developing a green electricity portfolio and managing renewable energy intake. Previous roles at Uniper included Head of CEO Operaite, where Tobias optimized power plant processes through AI and Neural Networks, successfully market-launching technology to over 20 plants, and acquiring significant funding. As Deputy Head of Proposal Management, Tobias led the creation of a high-performing team and coordinated large-scale proposal developments, achieving a 0% late submission rate. Tobias's earlier experience at E.ON involved regulatory compliance and lobbying for energy storage solutions. Tobias holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg-WHU and a law degree from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
