Cecilia Ariola-Adams

Cecilia Ariola-Adams is a seasoned professional in client and customer success, currently serving as a Client Success Manager at HHAeXchange since December 2023. Prior experience includes various roles at DrFirst, Inc. from July 2019 to December 2023, where titles encompassed Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Account Manager for Backline, and several positions in technical support. Prior to DrFirst, Cecilia worked as a Development Associate and Intern at Cross & Company and began a career in retail as a Sales Associate at A La Mode Boutique, LLC from 2014 to 2017. Cecilia holds a Bachelor's degree in Near and Middle Eastern Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, along with a minor in Business Administration, all obtained from Hood College between 2015 and 2019.
