With experience ranging from software support to project management, Jay's career highlights include managing implementations, configurations, and product management. Prior to their transition into the technology field, Jay worked as a Test Technician at Kulite Semiconductor Products Inc. and in management roles at Caporrino's News & Ottomanelli's Liquors. Jay holds a degree from Penn State University.
