Quillan Byam

Quillan Byam is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at HHAeXchange since February 2023. Prior to this role, Quillan held various positions at Blackboard, including Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel, from March 2017 to February 2023. Quillan's career also includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and as a Senior Associate and Associate at WilmerHale. Quillan began legal training as a Summer Associate at Dickstein Shapiro LLP in 2007. Academically, Quillan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of Virginia.
