Thomas Stapf

Thomas Stapf has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Thomas started their career in 1998 as an Account Manager at Diversified Data Systems, where they were responsible for account management and sales of technology products and services. After working there for four years, they moved on to NetComm Solutions in 2002, where they served as a Senior Account Manager. In this role, they focused on managing customer accounts and providing support for client/server based computer technology solutions. During this time, they worked with small business clients to improve productivity and network efficiency. In 2018, Thomas joined SotirIS Information Strategies as a Senior Account Manager. Here, they managed customer accounts related to technology solutions and support, with a particular emphasis on integrated business solutions and CRM. Finally, in 2021, they transitioned to HHAeXchange, starting as a Client Success Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Client Success.
