Cyrus Moses Massey

Cyrus Moses Massey has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect and Endpoint Engineering Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services since October 2022. Prior to this role, Cyrus spent over twelve years at Leidos as a System Engineer from January 2010 to November 2022. Cyrus also held the position of Technical System Specialist at Oracle for a brief period in 2010 and gained initial experience as a Desktop Support Engineer during a college internship at Elie Tahari in 2008, as well as a Senior Intern Analyst at Raymond James from 2003 to 2008. Cyrus holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Towson University, completed in 2009.
