Douglas Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and program support. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services since July 2023, Douglas has held significant roles including Director of CMS Solutions at Tantus Technologies, Inc. and Vice President of Healthcare Programs at Solutions By Design II, LLC.
