Evan Cass

Evan Cass is a seasoned attorney specializing in children's law, currently serving as a Senior Supervising Attorney at the Children's Law Center since October 2012. Prior roles at the same organization include Supervising Attorney and Senior Staff Attorney. Cass's legal experience also encompasses a research assistantship at the University of Michigan Law School and positions as a student attorney at the Child Advocacy Law Clinic and Pediatric Advocacy Initiative. Additional legal training includes an internship at the Detroit Center for Family Advocacy and a summer clerkship with Youth, Rights, & Justice. Cass began the legal career as a Legal and Social Services Case Manager at Bread for the City and as an AmeriCorps VISTA: Volunteer & Intern Coordinator at A Wider Circle.
