Sarah Bayko Albrecht

Sarah Bayko Albrecht is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Associate Deputy Director in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) since August 2007. Albrecht has held multiple leadership roles within the Office for Civil Rights (OCR), including overseeing centralized case management operations and managing high-impact investigations concerning federal civil rights laws.
