Syed Raza

Syed Raza has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and testing. Syed started their career at Target as a Senior QA Analyst in 2002 and worked there until 2005. Syed then joined American Theater Corporation as a Quality Assurance Manager and stayed with the company until 2008. Syed then joined Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi as a Senior QA Lead and worked there for four years. In 2012, they joined CTG as an IT Field Service Manager and worked there for a year. Syed then joined HealthPlan Services as a Lead Business Testing and Implementation professional until 2014. Syed worked at EngagePoint, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Manager from 2014 to 2015 before joining Conduent as a Quality Assurance Manager until 2016. Syed then worked at CSG Government Solutions as a Quality Assurance Test Lead before joining The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) as a Senior Software Test Engineer in 2017. Finally, Syed joined HHS Technology Group in 2019, starting as a Quality Assurance Manager and currently holding the position of Director - Testing and Release Management.

Syed Raza completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Karachi University, which they attended from 1987 to 1990.

In addition to their formal education, Syed Raza has also obtained various certifications. In 2006, they received the HP ALM / HP Quality Center Certification from Mercury/HP. In 2016, they obtained the IBM Certified Specialist - Rational Team Concert V3 certification from Ascendant IBM Partner. Most recently, in 2017, they earned the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
