Naama Cohen's work experience includes:

- Currently working as a People Operations Manager at Hi Auto since October 2022.

- Worked at Abraham Hostels & Tours from 2016 to 2022.

- Held the role of General Manager of Abraham Hostel Tel Aviv from February 2020 to March 2022.

- Responsible for managing the business activities, staff, budget, and day-to-day operations of the hostel.

- Oversaw income, expenses, profit and loss, recruitment, training, and management of the staff.

- Ensured high standards of service and sales, and coordinated with other hostels and headquarters departments.

- Served as an HR Manager from May 2016 to February 2020.

- Built the HR department and managed all aspects of human resources at Abraham Hostels & Tours.
