Paola Díaz

Paola Diaz is an experienced professional with a focus on account management and customer service. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Open Kitchens since January 2024, Paola has held multiple roles at Fresh Thyme Market, including Front End Supervisor and Sales Associate, since April 2019. Engagements with nonprofit organizations include serving as Advertising Chair and Collegiate Challenge Chair at Habitat for Humanity of Champaign County, Social Media Manager at La Colectiva UIUC, and Resource Gatherer at ICAUSE Illinois.
