Clinical Quality Improvement Manager/ Risk Mitigation at Hi Desert Medical Center

Anne Kulik, MPH, CDP, currently serves as the Clinical Quality Improvement Manager and Risk Mitigation lead at Hi Desert Medical Center, where responsibilities include conducting research and creating quality improvement programs, as well as developing standard operating procedures and facility policies. Previously, Anne worked as a Senior Case Manager at Biogen, facilitating access to therapy for Neurology products, and directed the Adult Day Program at Bethlehem Intergenerational Center, focusing on building relationships between different age groups. Additional experience includes roles as an Applied Behavior Analyst Technician at Centria Healthcare and an intern with Rethinking Dementia Accelerating Change. Anne's career began as a Certified Nursing Assistant at St. John Oakland Hospital and at Samaritas Senior Living. Educational achievements include a Master of Public Health in Health Promotion and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Grand Valley State University.
