Oren Bashari

Oren Bashari began their work experience in 2005 as a Lab Technician and Assistant Lab Manager at Phantom Technologies LTD. Oren then moved on to HIGTEK in 2006, where they started as a Testing and QA Engineer. In this role, they supported the transfer from development to production, set up test units for projects, and supervised subcontractors' production and quality performance. Oren then progressed to become the Chief Operating Officer at HIGTEK in April 2019. In this position, they were responsible for compiling the company's budget, leading strategies for the company's future, and driving operational capabilities to achieve customer satisfaction and company goals.

Oren Bashari obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Ariel University in the period of 2006 to 2011. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Entrepreneurship and Personnel Administration, General from the same university from 2016 to 2018.
