Pablo Leone

Pablo Leone is a Technical Team Lead at hi.health, specializing in software delivery and process optimization since February 2024. With a rich background in software development and engineering processes, Pablo previously served as a Lead Developer at Realstocks, focusing on optimizing software delivery pipelines and establishing best practices for the software development lifecycle (SDLC). At Cegid, Pablo led a modernization initiative to enhance software development by transitioning from PHP legacy systems to modern Node architecture. Additional experience includes roles at Bacardi, ACTINEO GmbH, The Smart Group, and PDG Solutions, where Pablo demonstrated expertise in frontend architecture, engineering team scaling, agile transformation, and business growth.
