Dan Ko

Dan Ko has a strong background in customer success and support roles. Dan is currently employed as the Director of Customer Success at Hi Marley since 2023, where they previously held positions as Manager and Team Lead. Prior to Hi Marley, Dan worked at You Need A Budget as a Support Specialist from 2016-2019. Dan also has experience at Orion Health as a Team Lead and Application Support Consultant from 2013-2014. Earlier in their career, Dan worked at Breuer & Co. as a Veracross Account Manager from 2010-2013.

Dan Ko earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Dan then pursued a Master's degree in Divinity/Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Dan Ko received certification as a Certified Recovery Coach from the Recovery Coach Academy.
