Jonathan Bergman

Jonathan Bergman is a seasoned UX designer with extensive experience in developing and enhancing design systems and user experiences across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at Hi Marley, Jonathan has successfully designed the company's design system and developed AI-driven solutions for insurance tasks. Previously, as Design Lead at Sales Impact Academy, a marked improvement in customer NPS was achieved, alongside the creation of a design system that significantly reduced delivery time. Jonathan’s earlier roles as a Senior Software Engineer at FlatWorld and Senior Product Designer at Cengage Group further exemplify a strong focus on UI/UX, accessibility, and system design, while initial positions at Blackboard, Direct Capital Corporation, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Freddie Mac provided foundational software development expertise. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
