Kui Man Chun

Mr. Kui, is the Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of the Company. He graduated from Peking University in the PRC with a master's degree in international relations and has over 29 years of experience in the information technology industry and investment activities. Mr. Kui is also the chairman, chief executive officer and a director of Hi Sun Limited ("HSL"), the Company's substantial shareholder. Prior to joining HSL in 2000, Mr. Kui was the president of an enterprise in the PRC. He joined the Group in 2000.
