Li Heguo

Mr. Li, is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Li graduated from Peking University with a bachelor degree in international economics and a master degree in economics. From July 1992 to June 2007, Mr. Li worked for China Baoan Group Co., LTD., a company listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 000009), and its subsidiaries, including Beijing Heng-Feng Real Estate Development Company Limited (北京恒豐房地產公司) of which Mr. Li served as the President and General Manager during the aforementioned period. Mr. Li has over 27 years of experience in corporate management and strategic development. Mr. Li is currently serving as the General Manager in strategic development department of Fu Shou Yuan International Group Limited, a company listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (stock code: 1448).
