Charles Banks

Charles Banks is an experienced GIS Analyst currently serving at Hi-Tech Talents since April 2021, while also fulfilling the role of Judge for Microsoft. Previously, Charles worked at Tesinc, LLC from February 2017 to July 2021, and at Polk County BoCC from September 2006 to August 2015, where responsibilities included maintaining countywide GIS programs, administering ArcSDE, and conducting needs assessments with various county divisions. Charles holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Geology and GIS from the University of Rhode Island Kingston Campus.
