Greg Harter

Greg Harter is an experienced Quality Manager with over a decade of leadership in quality assurance and operations across multiple manufacturing sectors. Currently at Hi-Tek Manufacturing, Inc. since July 2016, Greg oversees quality management for complex components used in gas turbine and airframe production. Prior to this role, Greg served as Quality Manager at MicroTek Finishing, LLC, where innovative precision surface finishing services were delivered. Greg's extensive background also includes significant managerial positions at Hostmann-Steinberg, including Special Projects Manager and Corporate Branch Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed project development, operations management, compliance, and budget oversight. Greg holds a degree from Kettering University and graduated from Beavercreek High School.
