Emmi Takala is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Performance and Rewards Manager at Hiab since April 2016, previously holding the position of Compensation and Benefits Specialist. In this role, Emmi supports the Hiab HR team in the development and execution of performance management and reward processes. Emmi also has experience as an HR Specialist at Hiab, providing global support for HR systems and processes. Prior to Hiab, Emmi was an HRIS Specialist at Cargotec Corporation, where duties included system support and user training. In addition, Emmi served as a Member of the Board at Profea Oy from February 2021 to August 2023 and gained early financial experience working as a Financial Assistant at Autoliitto.
