Gustavo Alejandro Ledezma Loreto has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Gustavo Alejandro started their career in 1996 at Sandvik as a Finance Manager in Venezuela, where they managed finance-related activities and implemented a deep reorganization that resulted in the company's exit from the country. Gustavo Alejandro then held various roles at Sandvik, including Country Finance Manager and Finance Director in Mexico, General Manager and Country Manager in Mexico, and SMRT Director of Financial Control and Finance Transformation. In these positions, they were responsible for financial planning, analysis, compliance, and led the organization through change and transformation periods. In 2020, Gustavo moved to Hiab, where they initially served as SVP of Finance and Business Control Sales and Marketing. Gustavo Alejandro then transitioned to the role of SVP of Finance and Business Controller Services Division, and currently holds the position of VP of Finance Transformation.

Gustavo Alejandro completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidad 'Santa María' between the years 1990 and 1995. Subsequently, they went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Tecnológico de Monterrey, from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Excel PivotTables: Mastering PivotTables and PivotCharts from LinkedIn in February 2020.
