Iveta Koralska

Iveta Koralska currently serves as the Country HR Manager for Germany, Austria, and Slovakia at Hiab since November 2023, contributing as a key member of the local management team and advising on HR matters while managing employee relations and restructurings. Prior to this role, Iveta was the Country HR Advisor for the same regions at Cargotec from April 2019 to November 2023, where responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding optimization, legislative compliance, and works council negotiations. Early experience includes an HR trainee position assisting the regional HR director in various EMEA-wide initiatives and an HR thesis focusing on the Ulrich HR model challenges. Academic qualifications include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in International Business, both with a focus on HR, from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, as well as an exchange semester at the University of Valencia.
