Aminata Keita

Aminata O Keita has extensive experience in both case management and compliance roles. Currently serving as a Case Aide, Mandingo-French-Susu Interpreter, and Volunteer at HIAS Pennsylvania since June 2019, Aminata has demonstrated strong capabilities in supporting immigrants and facilitating communication. Previous experience includes a position as Voter Support Staff for the Philadelphia City Commissioner, ensuring compliance with voting safety protocols during the election period. At the National Bank of Canada, Aminata worked as a Business Compliance Officer, training new employees, resolving compliance issues, and conducting internal investigations, along with an earlier role as a Customer Service Representative where client concerns were effectively managed. Aminata holds a Training Certificate from the Immigrant Leadership Institute and has engaged in further educational development at the Center for Literacy.
