Noelle Lemon

Immigrant Youth Advocacy Staff Attorney at HIAS Pennsylvania

Noelle Lemon is a Staff Attorney and Equal Justice Works Crime Victims Justice Corps Fellow at HIAS Pennsylvania, specializing in immigration legal services for trafficking survivors while also engaging in outreach and education for immigrant youth and community partners. Previous experience includes serving as a Legal Intern at The Pennsylvania Innocence Project, where case evaluations were performed for wrongful convictions, and at the Office of the Public Defender in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, where support was provided in pretrial proceedings. Additional roles include student membership in the International Human Rights Committee of the New York City Bar Association during tenure at Drexel's Kline Law School, involvement in legal trend analysis at the National Clearinghouse for the Defense of Battered Women, and work as a Legal Assistant focused on asylum cases for unaccompanied minors. Noelle Lemon holds a Juris Doctor degree from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
