Anna Djurinscaia

Anna Djurinscaia is a Finance and Administration Manager at HIAS since December 2022, with a comprehensive background in finance and tax policy. Previously, Anna served as Tax Policy Manager at EBA Moldova from May 2018 to December 2022, focusing on aligning tax and customs legislation with EU standards and promoting transparent frameworks for business growth. Anna's experience also includes roles as Chief Financial Officer at Orange (October 2016 - May 2018), Financial Controller at CHISINAU-GAZ (September 2011 - September 2016), and Deputy Chief Accountant. Anna holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Audit from Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova and a CAP Certificate in Accounting, Audit, Legal, and Taxation from ACAP, complemented by short courses at Stanford University and the University of Pennsylvania.
