Carrie Fox-Kline is an experienced program manager currently serving as the Program Manager for Family Reunification Support at HIAS since March 2022. Previously, Carrie held various leadership roles at Jewish Social Services of Madison, including Immigration Legal Services and Quality Assurance Director, and Refugee Resettlement Quality Control Manager from May 2017 to February 2022. Carrie's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Refugee Programming & Planning and Immigrant Youth Know Your Rights Manager at HIAS Pennsylvania from December 2013 to October 2016. Additionally, Carrie worked at the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights, where roles included Family Support Organizer and Organizing Fellow. Other positions include Case Manager at Chicago Lights, Graduate Student Intern at Chicago Fair Trade, and Social Work Intern at Interfaith House. Carrie holds a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Chicago, a Master of Divinity from McCormick Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies from William & Mary.
