Merrill Zack

Merrill Zack is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement and organizational development. Currently serving as the Chief Global Community Engagement Officer and Executive Director of HIAS NY, Merrill has held various leadership roles, including Vice President and Senior Director of Community Engagement at HIAS. Prior to HIAS, Merrill worked at American Jewish World Service (AJWS) as the Director of Strategic Learning, Research, and Evaluation for National Programs, and as Associate Director of Education and Community Engagement. Merrill also held multiple positions at the National Council of Jewish Women, Inc., most recently as Director of Organizational Development. Merrill holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management and Public Policy from NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a Bachelor's degree in Religion from Kenyon College.
