Shayan Davoudi

Shayan Davoudi is an experienced legal professional specializing in immigration law, currently serving as an Immigration Staff Attorney at HIAS since January 2022. Prior to this role, Shayan was the Principal Attorney at Shayan Law Office from January 2019 to January 2022 and held the position of Of Counsel at The Law Office of Neal D. Olesker from March 2017 to January 2022. Shayan contributed to academia as the Assistant Director and Assistant to the Dean at American University Washington College of Law between September 2017 and November 2021. Previous roles also include legal research and editing at Columbia University, as well as various legal positions within the UN framework and human rights organizations.
