Avery Xie

Avery Xie has a wide range of work experience in the media industry. In 2022, Avery began working as the Creative Director at Hiatus. In 2020, Avery worked as a Producer at Dave - Banking For Humans where they produced visual content for all marketing needs, ideated and adapted creative concepts for paid ads, and managed feedback between partner agencies and traffic assets for Legal & Compliance review. From 2018-2017, Avery worked as a Video Editor at Youth To The People, Videographer/Editor at Blogilates, and Content Producer at This Bar Saves Lives. In 2016, Avery worked as an Assistant Editor at HoopBattle and as an iTunes Video Operations Intern at Apple. In 2015, Avery worked as a Development Intern at Chapter One Films and in 2013, Avery worked as a Videographer/Editor at the USC Annenberg Innovation Lab and Production Intern at International Channel Shanghai.

Avery Xie attended The SMIC Private School from 2003 to 2012, where they earned their High School Diploma. Avery then attended the University of Southern California from 2012 to 2016, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Film and Television Production.
